Air Rite is a friendly, family-run Atascadero-based full-service contractor providing expertise in both Residential and Commercial heating and cooling applications. We are the premier HVAC contractors in the area.

When Rick Johansen originally founded Air Rite, he repeatedly proved himself to his customers by performing quality work at an honest and fair price. Since retirement, his son Arne Johansen has adopted the same customer service beliefs and has become Paso Robles and Atascadero’s honest and local HVAC guy.

Along with really believing in quality workmanship, Air-Rite also believes in giving back to the community that keeps us in business.
